Digital Access & Platform Usage
The website kaloriseimbang.id is operated by Kalori Seimbang. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kalori Seimbang. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Access to our meal kit service is restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under Indonesian law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of the platform—including scraping, data mining, or attempting to breach security protocols—will result in immediate termination of access.
Service & Subscription Logic
Kalori Seimbang provides a meal kit service focusing on a balanced daily menu designed for calorie restriction. When you order healthy meals via our platform, you are electing to receive a calorie-controlled set meals package based on the duration selected (e.g., 5-day cycle, 20-day cycle).
- Modification of meal contents is limited to pre-defined dietary preferences available at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely; we do not store full credit card details on our local servers.

Delivery Protocols
We provide diet menu with delivery services across the Jakarta Selatan area. Delivery windows are fixed between 06:00 and 09:00 AM to ensure freshness. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accessible delivery location.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Kalori Seimbang is not liable for spoilage result from missed deliveries where the customer was unreachable. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
Nutritional Boundary & Disclosure
Our healthy meal delivery products are designed for general wellness. We do not offer medical advice. Our meal kits are formulated based on standardized caloric calculations and macro-nutrient distributions.
Customers with severe food allergies must exercise caution. While we adhere to strict hygiene standards, our facility processes nuts, soy, gluten, and seafood. We cannot ensure the total absence of trace allergens.
Liability Framework
In no case shall Kalori Seimbang, our directors, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalori Seimbang from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
